Mercantile Monday: May's Exclusive Stamp

Today we're putting the spotlight on this month's exclusive stamp, "Diamond Inks," found in the May Papercrafting Kit.  Briana Johnson has made a delightful background with it on "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" by embossing it in a variety of pastels onto a kraft cardstock.

Doris Sander followed a similar plan by repeating it on her background as well.  She created more of a brick wall effect by stamping with it in Cough Syrup on white cardstock.

Keisha Campbell made a bold statement with it by stamping it twice in Fountatin Pen, cutting the images out and using them to draw attention to her focal photo.
Lisa Dickinson went with the subtle approach by stamping it in yellow onto a yellow patterned paper for a lovely tone-on-tone look.

And finally, Natalie Elphinstone used it in a softer watercolor look to play into the theme of her layout all about her children's artwork.  What a versatile stamp!  It will work hard in your scrapbooking stash!

  1. these layouts are awesome. I can hardly wait to get that stamp and try some of this...especially the embossing. I haven't done that in a while..
